Golden Rule for Ascent

• Rule-0
              It is OK to get altitude illness. It is not OK to die from it.
• Rule-I
             Any illness at altitude is altitude illness until proven otherwise.
• Rule-II
             Never ascend with symptoms of AMS.
• Rule-III
             If you are getting worse, go down at once.
• Rule-IV
             Never leave someone with AMS alone.
